Tracking Progress is not a health measurement. For each goal you set, PepMate divides today's logged amount by that goal, caps it at 100%, and shows the equal-weight average of the set protein, steps, and water goals. Medication reminders and workouts are not included.

The starter library includes BPC-157, CJC-1295, MOTS-C, SS-31, TB-500, NAD+, Ipamorelin, Semax, GHK-Cu, Melanotan II, Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, and Semaglutide, plus the Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Ozempic prescription pens — and you can add any custom peptide or medication with your own name, container amount, dose amount, and schedule from your clinician or medication label.

How much does PepMate cost? +

PepMate is free to download. Two plans are available: Weekly at $2.00 and Yearly at $49.99. Eligible new subscribers may receive a free trial when Apple displays the offer — 14 days on Yearly, 7 days on Weekly. After any trial, the selected plan renews at the App Store price shown before purchase. Cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings.

Where is my data stored? +

On your device. PepMate keeps your setup, reminders, and logs locally and does not sell, share, or mine your information. Purchases and optional referral features may use a backend identity, but medication data stays local.

Is PepMate a medical app? +

No. PepMate is a personal tracking and reminder tool for clinician-directed medications. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend peptides, or calculate dosing. You enter your own medication names, amounts, and schedules based on your licensed clinician or medication label.

How do reminders work? +

PepMate uses local notifications for the schedules you set up. You control the days, times, and intervals — and you can turn them off anytime. No spam, only what you schedule.

Do I need to connect Apple Health? +

No — it is completely optional. If you choose to connect it, PepMate only reads your step count to show daily progress. It never writes to Health or shares that data.

Is PepMate available on Android? +

PepMate is iOS-only at launch. An Android version is planned — the app is built on a cross-platform stack, so Android is on the roadmap.

Can I earn money by referring people? +
